Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software architecture for enterprise-level applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Debug complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java with deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong database skills with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
