Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in the fintech or healthcare sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
