Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and preliminary assessments
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and examinations
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and collect lab specimens
- Coordinate patient education and discharge instructions
- Support clinic operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA/RMA credentials
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced urgent care setting
- Arizona state MA license required
