Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide users through complex technical procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the QA team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Uphold the company's high standards for customer service and technical integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
