Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, along with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
