Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and predictive models to optimize business operations.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large-scale datasets to uncover hidden trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Enhance existing data infrastructure to improve data quality, speed, and scalability for real-time analytics.
- Communicate complex findings through clear data visualization, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends and research state-of-the-art algorithms to apply them to our proprietary projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
