Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, software troubleshooting, and account setup via phone and email.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction rates and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant service packages.
Qualifications
