Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues for enterprise clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using our ticketing system (JIRA/Zendesk) to ensure 99.9% client satisfaction.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all support interactions and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify common technical trends and proactively improve our service protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security and privacy policies during all client interactions.
- Train junior staff on standard operating procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and maintain high energy levels during peak hours.
