Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to overcome architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React or Vue.js for frontend, and Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
