Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and analysis to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences.
