Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of customer support tickets via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with on-call teams during off-hours to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

- Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA or Pennsylvania (remote/hybrid allowed).
