Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
