Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to solve complex problems.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
