Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Conduct training sessions for new team members quarterly
- Generate monthly performance reports using Tableau
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced startup atmosphere
- Associate's degree in Business or related field required
- Experience with performance analytics tools preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
