- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain 99.5% service level agreement adherence
- Participate in monthly training sessions for product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown Albuquerque
