As a Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during high-volume periods.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.

Qualifications
