Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot technical issues and logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management to prevent future recurrence.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or technical support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
