Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ words per minute).
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
