Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision and efficiency to meet weekend targets.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistical issues.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or security risks immediately.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all daily transactions.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members during off-peak times.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
