Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily performance goals.
- Feedback Loop: Report common customer issues to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred (Training provided).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
