Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting and packaging merchandise to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and efficiently within OSHA guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
