Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from tractor-trailers and shipping containers efficiently and safely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area compliant with OSHA standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution to customers.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory for urgent hires.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
