Responsibilities
- Provide premium technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all technical tickets and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and systems.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral devices.
- Must be available to start work immediately (within 48 hours).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
