Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate complex technical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations swiftly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of operating systems.
