Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and networks.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to implement new software patches and security updates.

Qualifications
