As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology solutions, ensuring seamless operations and high satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to clients across Florida.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical system outages.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide clients through technical setups and maintenance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
