Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Install and configure new workstations and peripheral devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions in CRM systems
- Train end-users on technology best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in technical support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and network protocols
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
