Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Manage and optimize server environments (Windows Server and Linux) to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal staff and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software and hardware solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they occur.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure/AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
