Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing application performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify and resolve complex bugs, ensuring 100% system reliability through rigorous unit and integration testing.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a knowledge-sharing environment within the engineering team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth production releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
