Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone and email.

- Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and software.
- Collaborate with the senior team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all support tickets are closed within the agreed-upon SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
