Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Lead server maintenance, patching, and virtualization projects.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and VMware.
- Experience with network security protocols (VPN, Firewall, ACLs).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or CISSP are a plus.
