Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Provide clear instructions and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to update progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Oakland, CA.
