- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
