Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
