Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure high availability and speed.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and implement security best practices across the platform.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficient in at least two of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
