Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues including desktop/laptop setups, OS configurations, and peripheral connectivity
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on security protocols and compliance initiatives
- Support cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
