Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure CRM and database systems.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and correct any discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Prepare weekly reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist the administrative team with general clerical duties and correspondence.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
