Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
