Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally, resolving issues and answering questions regarding our products and services.
- Customer Relations: Build rapport with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, acting as the face of the company.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions into our CRM system.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Availability: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
