Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote/hybrid flexibility).
