Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is a plus.
