Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly following company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store environments
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
