Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
