What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing inventory while ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Inbound/Outbound Processing: Accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship products to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts to minimize errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing them into the system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and follow instructions.
