Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of shipments using WMS software
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Train on new automation technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
