- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate daily shipping/receiving activities
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve urgent operational issues and escalate critical problems to management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Coach team members and implement performance improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead overnight teams in high-pressure environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with emergency response experience
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
