Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling high-volume inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
