Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across company infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
