Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM database accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the day-shift team to ensure 100% coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have reliable home internet and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer navigation.
