The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center during the night shift. You will ensure that inventory is managed accurately, safety protocols are strictly followed, and team performance is maximized.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise a team of 15+ associates to ensure optimal productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift management team for seamless handovers.
- Enforce strict safety standards (OSHA compliance) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Conduct daily shift briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of material handling equipment (Forklifts, Scanners).
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical issues in real-time.
- Manage accurate data entry for shipping and receiving logs.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics leadership.
- Valid Forklift Certification (we will train if necessary).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
